Beata and Richard Kowalski have let short and medium term apartments in Southport for over 25 years. Our prime objective is to provide quality accommodation with the highest standards of cleanliness, decoration, furnishing and equipment, to ensure you have the perfect stay.

Our apartments are located in sumptuous Victorian villas on the northern part of Southport's exclusive Promenade, sufficiently far from the noise and bustle of the town centre to offer peace and tranquility, yet close enough to be within a few minutes walk of the vibrant heart of our beautiful town.

We offer a range of one, two, three and four bedroomed units, all fully self-contained, double glazed and with direct dial telephone facilities.  Each apartment is uniquely furnished and has its own, independent gas fired central heating system, which is totally under the occupants' control.

All (except the Garden Apartments), have magnificent lake and sea views.
